At Next Level Joinery, we believe that bringing bespoke timber joinery into your home should be an exciting and stress-free experience. Our process is designed for absolute clarity and quality, ensuring every step, from initial consultation to final installation is handled with expert care.
We specialise in custom solutions, whether you're renovating a character home or tackling a new build. We've outlined the simple, step-by-step journey that guarantees you receive authentic, high-quality timber doors and wooden windows perfectly tailored to your vision.

Every quote request is reviewed daily. Detailed pricing is typically provided within 2–5 working days, depending on the complexity of your project.
Information on our next available manufacturing slot is available upon request.

Once your quote is accepted, you’ll receive a deposit invoice and confirmation of your estimated delivery date.
A dedicated Project Manager will be assigned to your project and will arrange a site measure if required.
We aim to deliver shop drawings within 5 working days. Following your approval, a further 5 working days are allocated for CNC programming and procurement of any specialised materials. Your project then enters the production queue.

Orders are processed in batches. Production requires a minimum of 8 working days, with exact timeframes confirmed during scheduling to align with your agreed delivery date.

As your order nears completion, we’ll issue the final invoice. Once payment has been received, your Project Manager will coordinate a delivery time that suits your schedule.

Following delivery, either your Project Manager or a member of the 360 Glass team will be in touch to arrange installation of your glazing at a convenient time.
